WRITING COURSES
Jackie Goldfinger teaches Dramatic Writing for playwrights and screenwriters (film and television) at University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Gershman Y, and San Diego Writers Ink. She taught Dramaturgy at Platt College.
“The course far exceeded my expectations. An excellent primer into the worlds of playwriting and screenwriting. Within the short time I’ve taken Jackie’s workshops, I’ve managed to jumpstart two feature screenplays, and to complete a one act play. I learned about the nuts and bolts of screenwriting. More importantly, I learned about the craft of writing.” -James S., student, Introduction to Dramatic Writing who continued on to the Workshop Course
“I thought it was great! I’ve taken some high end writing classes at New School in New York as well as at UC Extension in San Francisco and this compared favorably. Considering it was only six weeks, you fit a lot in and stimulated my creative process. I also liked your presentation style, casual but thorough, humorous and colorful.” -Lex T., student, Dramatic Writing Workshop
Seminar, workshop, and lecture fees depend upon venue. For more information, email: jacquelinegoldfinger@yahoo.com
